Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These terms cover your use of Honey Do HQ ("the app"), a private household management tool. This is a plain-language summary written for a small invite-only household app, not a substitute for legal advice — if you need formal terms reviewed for a specific legal requirement, please have an attorney review them.

Invite-only access

Honey Do HQ is not a public product. Access is by invitation from an existing admin of the app, using a household access code. By creating an account, you confirm you were invited by a member of this household.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Don't share your password or household access code with anyone outside the household you were invited to join.

Shared household data

Tasks, projects, budgets, photos, polls, and other content you add are visible to other members of the household using this app. Don't add anything here you wouldn't want other household members to see.

Acceptable use

Use the app for its intended purpose — managing shared household tasks, projects, and related activities. Don't use it to store or share anything illegal, or to harass other members of the household.

The HoneyBee AI assistant

The HoneyBee research assistant uses a third-party AI model to answer questions about home projects, products, and costs. Its answers are suggestions, not professional advice — double-check anything safety-related (electrical, structural, gas) with a licensed professional before acting on it.

No warranty

This app is provided as-is, for personal household use. It's maintained on a best-effort basis and isn't guaranteed to be available at all times or free of bugs.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time as the app changes. Continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.

Questions

If you have questions about these terms, contact the admin who invited you to Honey Do HQ.
